The WCVA will be Your Guinea Pigs!
The WCVA (Wales’ Council for Voluntary Actions) are conducting practitioner network events this month, which will be held on Wednesday the 14th of April between 10am and 2pm, at the Discovery Centre in Llanelli, and on Wednesday the 21st of April between 10am and 2pm, in Cartrefi, Cardiff The network meetings are completely free to attend and refreshments and lunch will be provided.
These sessions will also provide delegates with the opportunity to practise their presentational skills infront of a tame audience, should they have a piece of engagement/participation work coming up that they’d like a bit of help with. the network can be your willing guinea pigs who will provide constructive feedback and support. Everyone in the group is a practitioner and will be a sympathetic, supportive participant. Participants can overcome those first-time nerves, or discuss and develop ideas in a safe, supportive, friendly learning environment. Read more...
