Global Youth Work Toolkit
Cyfanfyd was awarded a contract by the Welsh Assembly Government to produce a Toolkit for Youth Workers on how to engage young people in Education for Sustainable Development and Global Citizenship (ESDGC).
We have produced a draft that is ready for consultation. It will be available here for 2 weeks (5th - 19th May). If any of you are willing / able to provide feedback that would be great.
You can chose which section you would like to comment on (or you can comment on all the sections if you have some time on your hands!).

- Section 2: What youth workers need to engage in ESDGC with young people – knowledge, skills and principles;
- Section 3: Lite Bite ESDGC Activities: Introduction; Music; Money; Food; Friends and Family;
- Section 4: Coming soon;
- Section 5: How to Measure Progress;
- Section 6: Support and Resources.

Finally - we have been trying to come up with a name for the Toolkit.
Some people think 'ESDGC' needs to be in the main heading, other people think that 'ESDGC' is off-putting and should be a sub-heading.

- ‘ESDGC – Taming the Beast’,
- ‘Think Local - Act Global, Think Global – Act Local’,
- ‘Local to Global and Back’,
- 'ESDGC - Connecting young people and youth work(ers)',
- 'ESDGC in Youth Work - Getting it Sussed!',
- 'What on Earth is ESDGC - a toolkit for youth work(ers),
- 'ESDGC Toolkit for Youth Workers in Wales: Connecting Young People to the World'
